Pastor Paulette Bourne is the founder and senior pastor of Inside Out Church International, a non-denominational ministry that she founded in March of 2015. She is the curator of Women Who Pray Global Movement. a prayer platform that is charged with teaching women to live a life of prayer and teaches them how to use prayer as a weapon to wage war against the enemy. She is also a motivational speaker, author and a hardened prayer warrior. Prior to answering the call of God that was upon her life, Pastor Paulette ran from God. In 2005 she accepted Him as her personal Lord and savior. She is a woman of God, after His own heart, who is passionate about seeing lives change and transformed from the Inside Out. She was ordained by God to pray and often says that “Prayer Chose Her.” She discovered her gift to pray several years ago, and it was solidified when she was invited to pray on a prayer line. Pastor Bourne desire to pray was birthed out of a season where God called her into devotional and intercessory prayer at 3am each morning. Every morning she would rise up at 3am to have breakfast with Jesus. She would later transition into hosting her very own prayer call, in 2016 naming it Women Who Pray. Pastor Bourne rose every morning to lead women into prayer and to intercede on their behalf at 6am. She was later unionized by the spirit of God to grow this platform, however she was reluctant in doing so. However in November of 2018 she finally obeyed and extended the prayer call by incorporating Facebook and Instagram Live to the prayer call. Since then the call/ live has grown to impact the lives of many persons from across the world. Women Who Pray Global Movement is a platform that teaches women to use prayer as a first response, verses a last resort.
